economy. Jordan Googe was born in Winston Salem, North Carolina and has spent over two decades actively engaged in real estate, economic development, and community engagement. Studying at UNC School of the Arts and UNC Chapel Hill, he graduated from High Point University in 2007. During his tenure at Davidson County Economic Development from 2007-2012, total announced investment included $680,287,869 and 8,048 jobs, earning the designation of #1 Micropolitan Economic Development Organization in America in 2007 & 2012, and Ranked Top10 Economic Development Organization Overall in North America in 2010. Named 2017 Rising Star of the Year by Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors, Jordan serves on the Realtor’s Commercial Alliance Board of Directors, Realtor Party (RPAC) Board, and since 2017 has served as State Political Coordinator for Rep. Dedicated to community engagement, Jordan joined the North Carolina Jaycees in 2003 and became a member of the Junior Chamber International Senate in 2011. He served as Chairman of Winston-Salem Ambassadors during their inaugural year of 2017, and was named Volunteer of the Year by RiverRun International Film Festival in 2016. Since 2017, he has served on the Board of Directors of Authoring Action, Chairing the Board in 2019 and 2020. Jordan has been involved with Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership since 2014 in a variety of roles, including serving as Leadership Seminar Chair for HOBY North Carolina West in 2020, 2021, & 2022. An alumni of Leadership Winston Salem Class of 2021, Jordan is a member of Winston Salem Rotary and Elks Lodge #449.
