Wanda Thomas Saxx, Real Estate Broker I learned about hard work and a faithful approach to everything I do
from an early age. This gives me new perspective on “right sizing” homes when life changes.

Growing up with 3 brothers with not a lot in the way of material things, I watched my Grandmother clean houses. We are tight knit family and I learned about the pride of doing a good job and finishing what you start. Through the years, I worked at many different jobs to pay the bills all the while doing my best and finishing what I started. When my family was able to invest in a home, I realized I

wanted to help others own their homes as well and I studied and received my real estate broker’s license in NC. I have an 18 year old son ready to start college now so being an empty nester is on the horizon. We are avid football fans and enjoy attending games. I hold a black belt in two types of martial arts and continue to seek
higher degrees. I believe this shows my focus and discipline and
“finishing what I start”. I strive to offer a smooth experience for every
client and will never leave something undone. If you have questions
