The market is giving buyers a little more breathing room!

Over the last 30 days, we’re seeing:
📉 More price reductions
⏳ Days on market averaging just shy of 50 days
🏠 More homes available than homes actually closing
🔑 More inventory = more options for buyers and potentially more room to negotiate
