This was the best transaction all the way around! A previous client of mine, who I had referred a painter to for his new home, then referred the same painter to take care of this cute condo. And they both referred ME as her agent! 🥰 The end result speaks for itself, $8000 over asking and a quick close. Thankfully the agent on the other end was equally as great & wonderful to work with! 🙌🏻

A “long journey” is an understatement for this couple, the satisfaction of being able to finally close on their first house after almost a year of looking goes without saying! This couple came to me after working for a few months with another agent and no luck. We got them on the right track with a lender and set expectations for the current market conditions. After loosing a few, we went under contract, only to have the seller back out!!! While feeling discouraged, we found this gem and won a multiple offer situation 💪🏼 we then found out some hiccups which almost cost us the house but were able to get everything cleared up and closed on this beautiful new home! 🙌🏻 So thankful for the lending team for really making miracles happen!

My last transaction of 2021 was definitely a special one and hopefully a good sign of things to come for 2022! My buyers put their full trust in me all the way from Florida, a complete virtual purchase! After viewing a townhouse in the same community (which was of course NOTHING like the pictures) I decided to drive around to see if there were any FSBO (for sale by owner) and YES❗️The owner was home, let me do a video tour, and voila- SOLD! Along with a great agent in FL, we were able to coordinate closing for their sale there and buy here, inspections, negotiations, deep cleaning & meeting the movers! ✨SOLD✨ The is so hot 🔥 that my client purchased this house last year $35,000 over asking price and we just sold it for $30,000 over what she paid!!
