Here’s the truth:

Just because documents are submitted doesn’t mean they’re fully reviewed yet.

Every paystub, bank statement, deposit, and page gets reviewed by underwriting—and sometimes one document leads to another question.

Think of it like this:
We’re not trying to make it harder…

We’re trying to make sure there are zero surprises before closing.

The faster we get what’s needed = the smoother the process 🏡
