Before the finish line comes the demo. We took this project all the way down to the block and rebuilt every inch with intention. Same structure, completely new story.
5 dumpsters a day for 5 days.
15 guys.
When the dust settled, all that remained were the exterior walls and the roof trusses — and from there, the real transformation began.

An entryway sets the tone for any home or business, and we think this one hits the mark. We incorporated the company’s name in brushed gold and paired it with a stunning mahogany teak wood beach splash, creating the perfect blend of timeless tradition and coastal elegance. We teamed up with and they delivered nothing short of perfection for this.

Today is a solemn day for this family and company. It marks the moment our world was forever changed with the loss of Darand—a devoted husband, trusted business partner, loving father, and the guiding leader employees looked to. Every great company is built on passion and purpose, and ours exists because of the foundation Darand created. Our continued growth reflects the strength of his leadership. His passion lives on in the work we do each day and in the lessons he left behind.

We broke ground on April 16th and officially opened for business just 156 days later, on September 19th. Completing a project of this scale in under six months. Our quickest turnaround and our most detailed build to date. Speed didn’t cost us precision — it pushed us to a whole new level.

This past weekend, Exchange Place was honored to attend the Eight Waves Glam & Giving Fashion Show! The event lit up the runway with incredible style, delicious food and drinks, exciting raffles, and moving stories that shared the heart behind it all.

Eight Waves exists to provide stability, education, accessibility, and opportunity to children and families in Winter Garden and the surrounding areas.

We’re beyond thankful to be part of such an impactful community—one that truly treats each other like family.
