It’s always extra special when you get to help family. So happy that I got to help my Aunt purchase the home of her dreams. It brings on a fresh start, and the beginning of a new chapter in her life. She’s officially a home owner!

It’s closing day for my friend and client .lynn 🎉🏡. After 3 offers that didn’t get accepted, we finally found the one, it was the way it was supposed to happen. And anyone that tells you this market is impossible and your just over paying, it’s not true! My client got this property for $2k under appraised value, equity from day one!!

So happy for you .lynn it was a blast helping you become a homeowner!

🎉 Closing Day 🎉

This deal definitely taught me a lot. It was the easiest deal to start… a seller that NEEDED to move, a client that was currently looking for a house that matched it perfect. I had the seller, brought the buyer, big double sided deal… “what could go wrong?” I thought…

Than everything went wrong it felt like. 7 closing date extensions later, we made it through and I have two very very happy clients!

Everyone loved the Celebration Title closing experience, and I couldn’t be more happy for both my clients.

This one was a wild one. 3 offers in, and two accepted contracts later, we found my amazing client and friend Jordan her first home. Couldn’t be happier to be part of her first home purchase. Congrats Jordan!!!

My client is ready to sell their home and move across town. After meeting with her and seeing the property, we had a list of things to complete on the house prior to putting it on the market. This past weekend I rolled up my sleeves with her and worked to get the house ready.

When it comes to looking for a home, pools are always a controversy. So many people are dead set on their thoughts behind a pool. They either want one, and won’t live without it, and others are completely against it, and don’t want the additional maintenance associated with it.

Find yourself a mentor and coach!

Don’t be afraid to ask for help, or seek guidance from someone else. “You don’t know what you don’t know” is something this man, Michael Collier has taught me.

All of the most successful people have coaches. Whether it’s for business, sports, life, etc. These people have realized that they can be always learn, always get someone else’s perspective, and know how powerful accountability is.

Simple question… which of these 🏡 is more your style??

I have recently fallen in love with metal roofing on homes. I love the look, the lower maintenance, and the fact that it doesn’t absorb heat as much as asphalt shingles, in turn keeping your home cooler in the summer months.
