First things first, this table gets a solid review. The light oak wood? The black metal accents?

Good thing we’re not actually reviewing tables, because after 30+ years in real estate, we’ve seen just about every style of closing table imaginable.

What we’ve also seen is the difference between the buyers who make it to the closing table and those who don’t.
