Luana and I can say that our road has NOT been the easiest and maybe some of you can relate. As many ups we had had there have been many downs. We post a lot of stuff for our real estate and in the real estate world sometimes the lines get blurred between personal and business. Then people in this business think they know all the truths about others. It’s a strange world, but here we are and we both wouldn’t have it any other way. But I will tell you something though.

This woman has changed my life and I have changed hers. We sit for hours every night talking about how we can be better for each other. What activities we need to improve on and we are learning how to become more grounded in the day and absorbing our time that we have a just taking in the sunset at a slower rate. We have both become much happier but more importantly stronger. We aren’t perfect, but we damn sure are unbreakable. I love you Luana and every single thing about you…..Here’s to us and that special someone you can’t live without. 🍾

2.) Role play daily. Start with the listing presentation because the leads will come.
3.) Track your conversion, not just contacts.
4.) Build authority before you ever ask for the appointment with multiple touch points prior and after.

Operate from structure, not emotion.

Numbers should amplify skill.
Not compensate for weakness.
