✨JUST SOLD🏡

Everybody thinks being a listing agent is a piece of cake. And so did I before I got this listing!😩 We accepted a strong offer at the top of the year and we didn’t actually close until over 3 months later!😭

After facing setback after setback with a sensitive buyer situation and my seller all the way in New Jersey, it got so challenging that the buyer ended up ghosting his own agent and only wanted to work directly with me, the SELLER’S agent.😱

I ended up getting this deal CLOSED by working with both sides, with permission from both my seller and the cooperating broker of course, but only really receiving credit for one.😂

The most unconventional deal I’ve ever had but certainly worth it. My seller could not have been happier on closing day and the buyers reached out to me as well, expressing their appreciation for my professionalism and honesty throughout the ordeal. One for the books for sure!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Last year, I took a step back from social media, but recently I’ve been getting a lot of people asking if I still sell real estate.🏡

While I get that we live in a social media-centered world, I honestly thought to myself, “does anybody post every time they go to work?” LOL🤷🏽‍♀️

I have just been hyper-focused on growing my business, perfecting my craft, and showing up intentionally in my REAL life. But for the record, I’ve had an amazing first half of 2023, closing over $2M in production and counting! I even closed my first million dollar deal in March this year, which happened in the most unexpected way!🤑
