Prior to starting my own real estate firm, I was a Real Estate Sales Associate working part time since the early 1980’s when I obtained my real estate license. During the period of 1980 to 1993, while a part time Real Estate Sales Associate, I was a full time Mortgage Banker working as a Vice President and Office Manager in Orlando, Florida. This allowed me to gain vast knowledge and experience in

the real estate and mortgage business. I was responsible for originating and underwriting land acquisition loans, construction loans, permanent FHA, VA and Conventional Loans, appraisal reviews and the overall daily operation of the mortgage company. While in the mortgage business I received numerous state and national awards for outstanding performance as a multi-million dollar producer for consecutive years running. In 1993 I left the mortgage business to work full time in the real estate industry for an ERA Real Estate company for six years full time before opening my own office in 1999. When working with the ERA franchise I continued to receive state and national awards as a multi-million dollar producer year after year as one of their top agents. I have experience in sales of land, acreage, commercial property, industrial property, single family subdivision development, property management and residential sales. My formal education consists of an Associate of Arts Degree from Valencia Community College before transferring to the University of Florida to work on my Bachelor Degree.
