2027 annual dues bills will be coming before long, and as we move into fall, buyers making offers will increasingly expect 2027 dues to be addressed as part of the transaction.

🌲 We finally have an opening date for Disney's Lakeshore Lodge!

Disney Vacation Club's newest resort will officially open on July 1, 2027, and we now have our first detailed look at the accommodations coming to the resort.

And there are a LOT of options. 👀

🏨 Pocahontas-inspired Resort Studios
🦋 Encanto-themed Duo Studios
🌿 Bambi-themed Deluxe Studios + 1 & 2-Bedroom Villas
🎶 Fantasia-inspired 3-Bedroom Grand Villas
🏞️ Brother Bear-themed waterfront Lake Houses
✨ The Pocahontas-inspired Hidden Willow Presidential Suite

Disney also confirmed Club Level accommodations, The Artist's Nest lounge, and direct water taxi transportation to Magic Kingdom.

Cash reservations begin opening October 6 for DVC Members, followed by Annual Passholders on October 7 and all other guests on October 8. We're still waiting for those all-important DVC point charts and points booking details.

150 × $180 = $27,000 resale

That's a $12,750 difference in the initial purchase price. 🥳
