Selling my late stepmother's home from New Jersey was one of the most emotional and overwhelming experiences of my life. I truly don't know how I could have gotten through it without Amy.

From the very beginning, Amy became so much more than my realtor. She became my eyes and ears in Florida and someone I knew I could trust completely. She checked on the house regularly, made sure the pool was cared for, connected me with an exceptional handyman who helped get the house ready for sale, and handled countless details that I simply couldn't manage from hundreds of miles away. Every time an issue came up, Amy was already working on a solution before I even had a chance to worry.

One moment will stay with me forever. After I had already hired Amy, I was cleaning out my stepmother's kitchen and found two of Amy's real estate postcards tucked away in a drawer. It felt like a little sign from my stepmother that, had she been able to choose the person to sell her beloved home, she would have chosen Amy herself. It was such a comforting and emotional moment, and it made me realize even more that I had made exactly the right decision.

Throughout the entire process, Amy treated both me and my stepmother's home with genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. She understood that I wasn't just selling a house. I was saying goodbye to a home filled with memories, and she never lost sight of that.

By the end of the process, I voluntarily increased Amy's commission because her dedication, compassion, and care had gone so far beyond anything I ever expected. It was entirely my choice, and she earned every penny.
