If you've been hearing that “nothing is selling,” this week's numbers tell a different story.
In the past 7 days:
🔑 204 homes SOLD
📝 207 homes are PENDING
🏡 4,562 homes are currently ACTIVE

And here's what those sold homes looked like:
💰 $353,052 average sale price
⏱️ 82 days average from list to contract
🏁 126 days average from list to closing
🤝 98% average sold-to-list price
That's 64 more closings than last week's 140, and pending activity increased from 162 to 207.

So no, the market isn't sitting still.

There are plenty of homes available, but there are also plenty of buyers making moves. The important part is understanding where they're buying, what they're paying, and which homes they're choosing.
