HURRICANE MILTON UPDATE: Further to our last communication regarding Hurricane Milton, Barrington Place will be closing the Leasing/Management Office effective Tuesday, October 8th at 2pm. We anticipate the Leasing/Management Office will be closed Wednesday, October 9th - Thursday, October 10th, and until further notice, subject to change upon the latest Weather Forecast.

We will continue to monitor the track of the storm and update you on any changes to the Leasing/Management office Schedule.

Please be advised that our Maintenance Team will not be completing Service Requests while under an evacuation order or during an active storm. Maintenance Services will resume once all orders have been lifted and/or it is safe for our team members to return.

OFFICE CLOSED 9/26/24: The National Weather Service in Tampa issued a tropical storm watch for Polk County at 5:08 a.m. Tuesday. This means tropical storm-force winds are possible within the next 24 hours. Our offices will be closed Thursday, 9/26, but anticipate reopening Friday, 9/27 only if it is safe to do so. For your safety, please take all necessary precautions and keep yourself informed with all changing weather conditions. and be safe.
