▪️The median price of condos, townhomes, and villas decreased to $280,000 a change of -7.6%
▪️The number of condo, townhome, and villa foreclosure transactions remains constant at 0
▪️The number of condo, townhome and villa short-sale transactions remains constant at 0
▪️Condo inventory increased by 54, and now sits at 3,628.
