I am grateful for MY FAMILY
I am checking in on FRIENDS who may be sick and other friends who are creating programs to be of service - to offer their gifts.
I am LETTING GO of the need to KNOW the outcome. (this is a hard one) and the expectation (which is really more of a hope) that people will awaken.
I am not getting outside I am staying inside, HIBERNATING like a bear.
I am stretching and breathing and finding places of held, dense energy and BREATHING into it...releasing and softening into the NOW.
I am INVITING the beauty of opening and expansion which occur by allowing myself to sit with (and experience) the fear and anxiety of the moment.
