🏡 From “Maybe Someday” to Homeownership in Sanford, Florida!

A few days ago, I had the privilege of helping my clients close on their very first home in the United States—a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with approximately 2,300 square feet, purchased for $515,000.

Their story makes this closing especially meaningful.

My client relocated to the United States from another country about five years ago. Last year, he reached out simply to ask a few questions about buying a home. At the time, homeownership felt more like a distant possibility than an immediate plan.

A few months ago, we reconnected and began exploring what might actually be possible.

The biggest concern was the down payment. They did not have a large amount saved, but that did not mean they were not ready to become homeowners.

Together, we were able to:
