We are seeking an experienced, reliable Maintenance/Groundskeeper for a commercial/industrial property in Port St. Lucie.
Ideal candidate must have:
- General knowledge and experience of all aspects of maintenance repairs and services; including but not limited to: minor electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, locks, floor coverings, roll-up doors, roofs and landscaping.
- Must be able to operate power & hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Posses a valid driver license & clean driving record.
- Must work well with little supervision.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Must have the ability to receive directions.
- Must be professional in work and attitude.
- Must show great customer service skills.
- Must have strong English communication skills. Bilingual is a plus.
- Must be available for emergency "on-call" duty.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work in the United States.
Drug screening test and background check are required.
