Living in an area that has many of its homes built in the early 70’s, I see aluminum wiring pop up in inspection reports more than I would like. I came across a great article in Family Handyman that explains its history, why it can be a safety issue, and solutions to make your home safe. Check it out!

If you have aluminum wiring in your house, you might have a fire waiting to happen. Aluminum wiring can be hazardous.

This house was a hot listing and a true beauty! The sellers did a phenomenal job turning it from eh to stunning. Believe it or not, it closed only 26 days after hitting the market. Promising news for buyers! Hopefully rates will continue to decline.

Freddie Mac: Last week, it was 6.95%. This is the third straight weekly decline and the lowest level for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages since early April.
