I can tell you that aerial imagery will sell a home 68% faster than a regular pictures on a listing.

REALTORS, use the marketing provision of your listing agreement and if you have to, pay for the aerial imagery service yourself. Your commission will more than cover the minimal investment to sell your listing and get paid faster!

Folks, start planning and saving.

The cost of living in Orlando is very high. The local median sale price of a home is $379,039, income needed to afford median home $111,364, monthly mortgage payment on median income home $2,615.16, local median household income is $71,857, with a house affordability ratio of 155% comparison for all of Florida.

As you can see, the annual mortgage payment is around $31k, just about half of the average person's annual wages and in some cases exceeding their annual wages.

Registrations and Transfers of Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning System Manufacturer Warranties; Requires manufacturer warranty for HVAC system to run with property; provides that warrantor continues to be obligated under terms of manufacturer warranty agreement for warranty transferred to new owner & may not charge transfer fee; provides that transfer of warranty to new owner does not extend warranty; provides warranty is deemed registered if contractor meets certain requirements.
