Don't need a realtor with new construction? WRONG! There are no discounts with new construction for NOT being represented by a realtor! It's already worked into the sales price! If the builder's sales agent encourages you not to use your Realtor, you might want to find a different sales agent or even a different builder! So why wouldn't you have an agent representing you? You are already paying for it! I love D.R. Horton sales agents, she came out and told my buyer this! Integrity and honesty goes a long way!
