You’re just minutes from the ski resort—and depending on where you are in Lakota, you can walk or bike right over to the base.

But what really sets it apart is the setting. Think quiet streets, wooded lots, and homes that back to National Forest 🌲

It feels private, peaceful, and tucked away… which is rare this close to the mountain.

You’ve got trails right out your door for hiking and biking, and easy access to everything Winter Park has to offer.

And if you want to head into town, you can hop on the Fraser River Trail and ride straight into downtown 🚴‍♀️

This is one of those neighborhoods where people buy and hold… so when something comes up, it usually goes quick.
