When I originally marketed 1333 Utah Blvd. in Orlando’s Colonialtown North, I told you I'd personally share the final sales price after closing.
Well, now we know - $470,000.

We had this property under contract before reaching the active market and ultimately closed for exactly the asking price.

It was a great example of what can happen when the location, property and future potential come together.
