So, there is a thing called REAL TRENDS that ranks sales of … Apparently, I’m the #19 overall in Merica for (where im only licensed w CB in FLA- left NC CB long ago) Had no clue this was even a thing. Not too shabby I reckon. I like top 20.

Now, you might know I’m with in Vegas and North Carolina. For record, again, I was #19 in the country ONLY with my Florida stats.

Man imagine soon when all 3 states (and more) will be under the same strong AGENT FIRST brokerage!!!

friends ask yourself- Why has the #19 overall agent at left the company in one market and bout to do so in another where it made him #19 in the nation! (Ps couldnt do this without incredible help of teammate Jared Lippelgoos and Gary J Cohl among others) and obviously without my lending partners and most importantly OUR AMAZING CLIENTS THAT TRUST ME!!!

The big brokerage model is dead. In my experiences, brokers want to make as much $$ and thats pretty much it. Shoot, I haven’t even heard from, seen or spoken to our “broker” or company “leadership” in forever.
