Real Estate on the Riviera Real Estate Broker for Real Estate on the Riviera. ORRA Member Hi everyone! I have resided in Central Florida since the age of one.

As a previous customer service team leader at Publix Supermarkets, I developed a foundation and love for building meaningful relationships, engrossing in personal and community culture with a rich aspect of giving back to others through action. I love sports, a Cleveland "fanatic" and I love traveling which gives me an amazing opportunity to invest in others overseas. My passion translates to action, honesty and diligent care - it gives me an insatiable desire to find or sell the perfect house for you.

One of the cutest homes we have had the pleasure to put live, and one that is incredibly tasteful and entertaining.. here’s what you need to check out in this beautiful Lakeland Home:
🏡 3/2 with oversized backyard backing to a canal
🥇 true split floor plan with tons of windows
🌞 absolute class with full hidden sliding glass doors
🥂 AND FULL-HIDDEN glass doors to open to a full island bar expanding your kitchen and entertainment space (that’s all air conditioned and permitted by the way 😏)

Such a perfect house for the perfect family situated in the lovely city of Lakeland, close to all shops, entertainment, and proximity to beaches 🌊

DM me for all the details 😏

One of those “BIG announcement 📣” posts:

I am incredibly thankful for my time at Dreamfinders Homes, to their staff, and management team.. everyone has been superb.. the agents included, as an incredible resource, and folks I will hold dear to my family’s heart. I’ll take what I learned as an extension of my expertise in the real estate industry.

Although I’m thankful for my time there, it’s time to go back to what I love, and my passion is: general real estate and owning my brokerage.

All business as usual here: Selling, Buying, Flipping, Rentals, and portfolio management and evaluations are officially up and running, and I couldn’t be more excited to be back on this side of the real estate world.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you Dreamfinders, the entire team, and staff. Look forward to working with you on this side of it all ❤️

To my friends and family, back to full time real estate. I look forward to reconnecting with everyone soon 🙌🏼

Rolling into ‘23, I can’t say enough about what the Lord is doing in my life and my incredible wife’s life.
Before a ‘22 highlight.. I’m thankful for you, Karla. Your wisdom, guidance, and patience through all of the obstacles we have in life, business, and more is incomparable and my love for you is insatiable.

Truly, I think every entrepreneur needs to take a moment to thank their families. It’s exhausting, hard, and can pull you away more than you’d like, but man is it great to have a rock like you that’s chasing Christ.

RER is up to 9 agents
Even opening a brokerage, we managed to help over 40 families find homes last year
We opened a Commerical-side of the real estate business
We opened a short term rental management sector
We opened a long term rental management sector
And will continue to not only grow into RER, but into Christ.

After all, we are “fishers of men” first,
Husbands, wives, parents, kids, and friends second,
Business owners third.

Having this foundation is unshakeable but not by our doing

We love YOU guys, and are excited to see where we go.

Strap in.

-comforting
-wise
-a world record chancla thrower
-you catch everything I throw at you (not even kidding) it’s annoying 🤣😭

But you feed my soul and help me pursue being a fisher of men and women to further the kingdom.

I love you more than words ❤️
