Luke Schepler, Realtor I strive to provide everyone I work with the best service possible. Luke Schepler has lived in the Central Florida area for over 15 years.

He graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2008 and is proud to call himself a Knight! In May of 2013 Luke met his wife Rebecca on a blind date in St. Cloud FL and promptly married her 10 months later. After getting married Luke and Rebecca decided to establish themselves by purchasing a home in East Orlando near Luke’s Alma Mater. In August 2016 they were proud to bring home their fir

st child, a bouncing baby boy. Recently Luke decided to make a career change and become a Realtor with Coldwell Banker. He is excited to be able to help people with their real estate needs while being able to provide for his family. Good news for all home owners and home buyers!!! It looks like the recent surge in lumber prices may be coming to an end. Many may not be aware of it but the cost of lumber has increased dramatically lately and this has had a huge impact on new construction This in turn has affected all home sales. If you are looking to purchase a new home or sell the one you're in ask me how I can make it happen!!!

Prices have dropped from record highs spurred by the economic reopening, potentially pointing to an eventual return to normalcy.

If you or someone you know needs food assistance, please come to East Coast Believers Church, this Wednesday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. WE WILL BE DISTRIBUTING FREE, PRE-PACKAGED FOOD BOXES that will contain items such as:⁣

Fresh Vegetables⁣
Fresh Fruits⁣
Milk⁣
Cheese⁣
Butter⁣

It is on a first-come, first-served basis. One box per family. These are perishable items, so plan to refrigerate them as soon as possible.⁣
