This was a recent vacation we took. I had try to get us into this reason location for the past three years. It was totally relaxing! The weather was great and to be able to go on your balcony every morning and have breakfast or even dinner. We try to take little rest vacations from time to time.

What should you do before listing your home to sale?

1. Get a pre-inspection of your home. Remember when you go
under contract the buyers will have a home inspection
completed and they may ask to have repairs that are needed
or extend a credit so they can do so. Remember you will
need to disclose problems on the Seller's Disclosure.
2. Improve your curb appeal. This will attract potential
buyers.
3. Always depersonalize your space.
4. Always declutter your home.
5. Ask your Listing Agent on updates that may need to be
done before listing the property.
6. Do a 'Smell Test', if you have animals.
7. Give your home a fresh coat of paint, if needed.
8. Get your home ready for Photos.
9. Gather your HOA Documents, if you live in an HOA
