This Unit has just been completely renovated inside and out!

Ft. Pierce Beach is a hidden gem between the bustle of South Florida and Central Florida. I would call it the first non-plastic beach north of Miami. If you want fancy restaurants and exotic cars, this isn't the place for you. If you want to slow down to island time, see the sun rise on the ocean and set on the bay, sit on a secluded private beach, and watch live bands at outdoor restaurants within walking or bike distance, then this is the place for you.

Our house is 2nd row with just one house between us and the beach. You will hear the waves crashing on the beach sitting on our patio. We allow small dogs with an additional fee and our yard is fully fenced.

This unit has just been completely remodeled with new flooring, kitchen, and baths. All the windows are hurricane rated windows which keeps it cool and quiet. We have a shed stocked with two bicycles to ride, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a beach dolly.

Our favorite spot is on the screen porch, where you can hear the waves crashing on the beach all day and night. You can open up the sliding glass door in the master bedroom and let the waves put you to sleep. The neighborhood has its own private beach park and beach access. You can walk out our back gate and straight to the beach in under a minute.

The duplex is directly on A1A which is a very wide two-lane boulevard with large sidewalks and marked bike paths on each side. Across the street is Jaycee Park which has lots of open space, public boat ramps, a huge playground, two tennis courts, a basketball court, and the best sunset over the intercoastal bay in Ft. Pierce.

On the island, there are lots of great bars and restaurants, most with large outdoor seating and live entertainment, and many are dog friendly. All are close enough to walk or bike to. Just across the bridge, is downtown Ft. Pierce. It’s a quaint clean town with the most fabulous farmers market on the river front every Saturday. During the holidays, the park downtown has palm trees lit up with dancing lights to music. There are a plethora of restaurants, breweries, and activities downtown. Ft. Pierce is known for its fishing, and scuba diving locations off the coast.
