Having that ‘dream life’ to Live, Work, and Play in the Methow Valley can be your reality, but it takes that first step to make it happen. The first step might just be securing a work space in the area, and our Co-Work program can help you get started. With our low priced plans, blazing fast internet, and plush amenities our Co-Work program is an affordable option for someone making the move to the Methow or a person who just doesn’t need a huge office to get their work done. We currently have two levels of Co-Work membership: Basic and Premium. The Basic option gives you access to our 2nd floor commons areas, that have both tables and couches to utilize for work. Use of the public WiFi @ 50mbs, use of the bathrooms and break room kitchenette. 125/mo

The Premium option gives you access to our 2nd floor commons areas, that have both tables and couches to utilize for work. Use of the Co-Work WiFi @ 100mbs, use of the bathrooms and break room kitchenette. Plus, you have a dedicated desk in our Co-Work Lab (which is a shared locked office space with 8 people), use of printer and work tables, Privacy Booths, access to the locked mailbox, and discounts on conference room use. 195/mo

The Rendezvous Room is available to rent by the public for meetings and gatherings. This beautiful space with stunning mountain views is an exceptional place to host your next conference. The Room features: 80” Flat Screen Monitor for Video Conferencing, a dedicated 200/mbs internet connection, 10’x16’ Glass Dry Erase Presentation Board, Conference Table, and 12 plush office chairs. At the Mtn.Annex, we are following the state mandated guidelines for Covid prevention and this has been successful so far. We never had to shut the building down throughout the entire pandemic. We had been monitoring the situation abroad early in the outbreak, and this put the Annex ahead of the curve in handling Covid, as we were already implementing widespread disinfecting and use of masks within the building. We personally provided masks for all of our tenants. To this day we have continued to follow the proper procedures to help prevent the spread of Covid-19. We’ve limited access to the building to tenants and guests only. Currently, all patrons are required to be masked when not in the privacy of their offices, we’ve continued to use bleach to clean all surfaces in the common areas, and we increased the changing of air filters in our HVAC system to twice the recommended frequency. We also provide fully stocked handwashing areas complete with hand sanitizer throughout the building.
