This was truly a one-of-a-kind property and a unique sales journey, and it took thoughtful strategy, creativity, and an incredible team effort to bring it successfully to the closing table. From the beginning, we knew this home deserved an out-of-the-box approach that matched its design, craftsmanship, and presence in the community.

Through intentional marketing, targeted outreach, and features in multiple publications, we were able to significantly elevate the property’s visibility and generate the right attention for such a special offering.

Some closings just hit different 🤍

Today I got to hand the keys to not only my clients… but my friends. And that part never gets old. Thank you both for trusting me with one of the biggest decisions of your lives. That trust means everything.

They’re expecting their first baby this summer, so this move wasn’t just about square footage — it was about the next chapter. A big outdoor space was a must for family gatherings, backyard hangs, and future little feet running around. This home checked every box: spacious but still warm and welcoming, full of character, and already feeling like the perfect place to bring their baby home.

Behind the scenes, we negotiated closing credits for repairs and upgrades, plus funds to remove the sellers’ personal property. A little hiccup along the way (pro tip: always do your final walkthrough early), but we worked through it, found a solution, and made it to the closing table right on time.

That’s what I love most about what I do — advocating, protecting, problem-solving… and then celebrating.

Every day starts and ends here. Shoes kicked off, bags dropped, keys hung without thinking twice.

When I designed this mudroom, I wanted it to feel calm and welcoming — not like a dumping ground. Soft white shiplap brightens the space, warm wood grounds it, and brass hooks add just enough character to elevate the everyday. Open shelving and woven baskets keep things organized but flexible, because real life is never perfectly styled.

A small space designed to quietly support daily routines and make them feel a little more beautiful.
