It has been a crazy, busy week in real estate for my clients and myself!!

After multiple showings, I have two buyers who have gone under contract in this competitive market! I'm thrilled for each of them that they have found their home!

I also had long-time friends close on the sale of their first home. I know this was bittersweet as that home holds many special memories. However, I am so excited for them as they take the next step towards their dream of building.
