Originally from Latvia, a beautiful country on the shores of the Baltic Sea, Svetlana pursued a degree in Business Management at Riga Technical University. Her studies gave her the opportunity to travel the world, and in 2001, she arrived in the United States — a place she quickly fell in love with and has called home ever since. Since her arrival, Svetlana has made Wisconsin Dells her permanent home. With a strong background in customer service and a deep appreciation for connecting with people, she decided to further her education by enrolling in the Marketing program at Madison Area Technical College. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for real estate — a career that allows her to combine her love of helping people with her interest in business and marketing. In 2017, Svetlana earned her real estate license and began her journey helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest milestones: buying or selling a home. She is committed to making the process smooth, enjoyable, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
