Tonight I was reminded that a house can check every box… and still not be the right one.

Tonight I showed a house to a client that, on paper, checked every box.

Great layout.
Beautiful kitchen.
Plenty of space.

But as we walked through it, you could tell something wasn’t sitting right with her.

The vibe just didn’t match the lifestyle she pictured there.

So I asked her a simple question:

“What’s the most important thing to you?”

And as we talked through it, the answer had nothing to do with the features of the house.

It was the dinners around the table.
The quiet mornings with coffee.
The laughter coming from the kitchen.

It reminded me that a house can look perfect on paper… but if it doesn’t match the life you imagine living there, it’s just not the right one.
