🇺🇸 25 years ago, the world changed forever.

September 11, 2001 is a day I will never forget. At the time, I was in college and living close to New York City, which made the events of that day feel incredibly close to home. I still remember the fear, uncertainty, heartbreak, and disbelief as we watched something happen that none of us could have imagined.

But I also remember what followed—the courage of the first responders, the countless acts of kindness, and the way people came together to support complete strangers. ❤️🤍💙

Twenty-five years later, I think about the lives that were lost, the families forever changed, and the heroes who ran toward danger when others were trying to escape.

Today isn’t about real estate or business. It’s about remembering what truly matters: people, family, community, and home.

May we never forget those we lost, those who served, and the strength we found in one another.

Life can feel like a constant whirlwind—work, kids, appointments, responsibilities, practices, games, places to be, and a never-ending to-do list. ❤️

But I’m learning that the moments in between the chaos are what living life is really all about.

And now, as another football season begins, I’m reminded of that even more. 🏈❤️ I am so incredibly proud of my son and all the work he has put in during the off-season to better his game. The hours of practice, the commitment, the determination, and the work that nobody else sees—it makes this momma pretty proud.

Of course I love watching him play, but I’m even more proud of the dedication he’s shown to becoming better and working toward something that matters to him.

The unexpected laughs. The conversations in the car on the way to practice. Sitting in the stands. The Friday night lights. Watching our kids grow up right in front of us.

These days can be busy and chaotic, but someday I know I’ll miss this exact kind of chaos.

Life isn’t waiting for everything to slow down. Life is happening right now, right in the middle of it all.

So here’s to football season, cheering a little too loudly, soaking up the moments in between, and being grateful for this crazy, busy, beautiful life. 🏈💙🤍
