As a maintenance technician, the ideal candidate would be retired with a flexible schedule. Job responsibilities would include, refreshing units after tenant turn over , preventative care, work repair orders, painting, plumbing, electrical, general construction knowledge, maintenance to common areas, some lawn and snow maintenance in our apartment complexes.
