requires the Forman to work on a three-person crew, providing grounds
maintenance services to a variety of clients.
Crew Member Standards:
 Ability to learn to use equipment properly
 Ability to take directions from your Forman
 Reliable way to the shop Monday through Friday
 Willingness to work with others well
 Willingness to learn and to be flexible in job placement
 Use of care with equipment, and keeping mindful of profitability
Job Requirements:
 No Experience- Will Train
 Excellent References
 Transportation to and from work
