A vital part of the Mission Place community, Randy is known for his strong work ethic, initiative, and commitment to getting the job done right the first time. He has built great relationships with vendors, employees, and residents, and is always someone the team can rely on to solve problems effectively.

Randy’s knowledge and willingness to share his expertise have been a great asset to the office staff, property manager, and maintenance team. His attention to detail and pride in his work have also contributed to Mission Place’s success with recent HUD inspections and a new renovation project.

We truly appreciate everything Randy does—he consistently goes the extra mile for the team and the community.

At Caro Tuscan Village, resident Martha moved back to be closer to family and found that building new friendships took time, as it often does. Then one difficult workday, her next-door neighbor, Roxy, reached out with a simple text and an offer of homemade chili. A small gesture, but a meaningful one, and the start of a real friendship.

We are pleased to announce that Dolben has assumed management of Spark Windsor in Windsor, Connecticut. Built in 1974 and formerly known as Rivers Bend Apartments, the community is now owned by Charger Ventures and has been rebranded as Spark Windsor. This marks Dolben’s third management assignment with Charger Ventures, following Spark Millbury and Spark Bloomfield.

Spanning 82 acres, Spark Windsor features 432 townhome-style apartment homes with one- and two-bedroom, direct-entry floor plans. Over the coming years, more than $8 million is planned for capital improvements, including interior renovations with updated flooring, kitchen upgrades, and the installation of washers and dryers in every home. These enhancements will be complemented by landscaping improvements, amenity upgrades, and property-wide updates designed to elevate the community’s overall appeal.

Residents enjoy a robust amenity offering, including a 24-hour fitness center, clubroom, swimming pool, playground, and dog park.
