Maybe you scroll through Zillow to take a gander every now and then and think..."If home prices are this high then I'll never be able to afford a new home" You are not the only one. In fact, this is one of the main reasons I hear that people are "stuck" in a home that is too small or are commuting to work hours a day.

Let's look at things from a different perspective. If most other home prices are higher, chances are that the home you currently own has also increased in value. You may have a lot more equity in your home than you think.

Searching for a new home doesn’t have to be stressful

The spring market is in full effect in some areas.. so what does that really mean to you?

📍As a buyer you should know that prices are declining only moderately in most markets, but with pending sales on the rise for the first time in months, that could soon change. Right now is a good opportunity to get into a home at a realistic price with many sellers still open to negotiations
