Another exterior transformation is underway by The Maggiore Companies.

We are proud to announce our renovation project for Chestnut Dental, featuring exterior masonry repairs and power washing, new ACM accent bands with integrated feature lighting, upgraded storefront entrances, new signage elements, and full window replacement throughout the building.

Progress is moving quickly — the masonry restoration and power washing are complete, framing for the new illuminated ACM accent band has been finished, and ACM panel installation is now underway. The employee entrance demolition has also been completed, with reframing in progress as both entrances receive a modern new look with ACM cladding and storefront systems.

This renovation will completely refresh the building’s appearance and create a bold, modern exterior for Chestnut Dental.

Exciting progress is underway at the Acera School, an independent school located in Wi******er, MA serving gifted students across Greater Boston.

As part of the school’s interior transformation, crews are revamping existing spaces to create additional classrooms and enhance the learning environment for students and staff. Demolition, framing, rough plumbing, and electrical work have been completed, and the team is now wrapping up gypsum board installation as the new spaces begin to take shape.

The project also includes a major HVAC upgrade, with new ductwork, energy-efficient condensers, and fan coil units being installed to support a modernized and comfortable environment throughout the school.

Big progress is happening at Flash Car Wash in Springfield as the building really starts to take shape.

Crews have been hard at work installing the striking red metal roof system, along with overhangs, trim, flashing, and fascia details that are transforming the exterior appearance of the facility. Inside, pit forming and underground coordination continue to move forward, while electrical room painting and additional site work help bring the project one step closer to completion.

With each week, Flash Car Wash is looking more and more like the finished product, and we’re excited to see this one continue coming to life.

We’re in the final stages of the Balise Honda project as work continues to move forward on both the new dealership and the remaining site improvements.

The new dealership building is complete, and crews are now putting the remaining finishing touches in place, including bollard covers, additional cameras, and other final site details throughout the facility.

With demolition of the former showroom complete, crews have shifted into the next phase of site work—rebuilding that footprint into a new parking area, improving traffic flow, and preparing for a new Route 5 entry and exit. Compaction and testing are underway, and utilities and plumbing work have been completed to support the transition.

At the same time, renovation work continues on the remaining portion of the original building being converted into the new Balise Service Building. Foundations are installed, and structural steel is set to begin this week.

The final phase will include extending the front parking area, completing landscaping, final paving, and removing the old entrance as the new dealership takes full shape. Exciting progress as this project moves closer to completion!

Big visual progress at Flash Car Wash in Springfield this week. In just the last few days, the team has moved from the wash pit concrete work into major vertical advancement, with framing, roof trusses, sheathing, and the raised tunnel volume now clearly taking shape. The full footprint of the building is becoming visible, and the scale of the project is really starting to come to life.

From the interior wash bay structure to the exterior framing and roof lines, this one is changing fast and making a strong impression on site.
