One of the most meaningful parts of this journey is watching other people build their careers too.

Every Realtor who comes into my world has a different story, a different season, and different goals. Being able to be part of that decision, offer support, share experiences, and watch their growth is something I truly value.

Being a sponsor, to me, goes far beyond introducing someone to eXp.
It’s about relationships, guidance, community, and growth.
