Many industries have been devastated by the economic shutdown caused by the COVID-19 virus. Real estate is not one of them.

This may be an obvious fact to most people but not all I guess, based on a conversation I had last week.
Realtors don't get paid unless we earn a commision from either buying or selling a property. We do not get a salary from our Brokers. If I don't sell to or for a client for 2, 3 4 months -- I earn nada, nothing. Zilch! -- Just in case you thought otherwise.😏

I know it's still winter - but if you are thinking of selling in the spring, it's not too early to think about Curb Appeal for your home. Think about shrubs that can be pruned near the door, colorful annuals along the borders or shrubs that have 4 season interest. You can find books with photos and online suggestions.

Had a great day at Lamacchia's Kickoff 2020 yesterday at the Sheraton in Framingham! Awards, education, training, panel discussions. Afternoon session had an additional 400 Realtors from other companies come for the training and panel discussions ! Wow!
