Here in Carrol County and Belknap County, we are still in a sellers market. Here are some trend graphics to show how things have changed over the last year.

These particular graphs are for homes up to 400,000$.

Average days on market is up 28.6% since last year. Things are starting to slow down!

Homes are typically selling at 95% of the list price, down 3.1% since last year. So with more days on the market, this is showing that buyers have more leverage with negotiating price points.
