I was most recently General Manager at Ambrose Marine Construction in Meredith, NH. I had previously worked with Beckwith Builders, Inc. and Lakeshore Construction, Inc. in Wolfeboro, NH as a site/shoreline project manager and NHDES Permit Specialist. I have recently developed my own company and now doing business as “Advantage NH Lakes”. Advantage NH Lakes will offer a variety of services, including handling the intricate NHDES Wetlands Bureau permitting process for lake construction projects, construction and repair of docks, boathouses and breakwaters, shoreline improvements, site assessments, septic system design and installation, property management and caretaking. New Hampshire DES permit approvals take time to achieve and homeowners are encouraged to plan accordingly. Most New Hampshire Wetland Bureau Applications have a 50-day initial review period and many can take 3-5 months to receive approval. Most New Hampshire Shoreland Bureau Applications have an initial 30-day review period. Effluent Disposal Design (ISDS) Applications have less review timelines but owners are still encouraged to plan accordingly.

Let's start planning your New Hampshire 2020 project today!! Major Wetlands Bureau rule changes took effect in December 2019. Permits take time and home owners are encouraged to plan accordingly. Most NH wetlands applications may take 3-5 months to receive an approval. Shoreland Bureau and septic permits have a shorter approval timeline but applicants are still encouraged to allow adequate time for the processing of these types of applications. Many projects may also require local approvals once the state approvals are granted.

Need some extra cash this summer? It's pretty simple. If you refer a new customer to me for a NHDES shoreland or wetland application or a new septic design and I secure the job I will pay a $50 referral fee to you. All I need is the customer to tell me that you referred them to me, so I can make certain I pay the right individual. This will apply to new projects signed between 6-15-2017 and 8-15-2017.
