📍 Wood River, IL | Serving Madison & St. Clair Counties
Want a stable weekday job and a career path in property management? We’re hiring an Entry-Level Leasing Agent — no experience required. We’ll train you. A leasing license is a plus (we will sponsor the right candidate to obtain one).
🕒 Schedule
✅ Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
🌟 What You’ll Do (We Train You)
Show available rentals (local travel required)
Answer questions from tenants/applicants by phone, email, and text
Market properties (post/update listings, basic photos/updates)
Process applications and help keep documents organized
Assist with inspections, move-ins, and property visits
Help with collection follow-ups and documentation (no legal filings)
✅ What We Need From You
18+
Reliable transportation
Comfortable using a smartphone/computer and communicating with people
Dependable, organized, and willing to learn
💵 Pay & Benefits
Pay $15-16/hr
Mileage reimbursement
6 paid holidays
40 hours PTO per year
