7 Giralda Farms is 100% occupied! When Bergman Real Estate Group acquired the Madison property in 2021, the 238,000-square-foot building was only about 60% occupied. Five years, a major capital improvement program and a lot of teamwork later, the repositioning is complete.

The Cushman & Wakefield team of Bill Brown, Joshua Cohen and Heather Polhamus played a huge role, executing 18 leases totaling approximately 222,000 square feet. The latest deals with LEO Pharma and Esteve Pharmaceuticals brought the building to full occupancy.

A great result made possible through the partnership of Bergman Real Estate Group, Eightfold Real Estate Capital, Cushman & Wakefield and Shem Creek Capital — and a strong example of what the right investment, leasing strategy and long-term vision can accomplish.
