🆘️️🚨🚨Hey everyone!!!! If you own your house, you need to go find your closing paperwork & put it in a safe place!! You need to keep your title insurance policy in a safe place!
The same place you'd put your will, car title, birth certificates, passports etc!
Why? Well, I saw a post on Facebook & the owner is having property disputes w/the county....she has owned her house for over THIRTY YEARS!!! If you can remember which title company you closed with, they can help you obtain a new copy, but depending on how long it has been, you may have to
pay a fee! 🆘️🚨🚨
