S.V.P. Tom Scatuorchio Arranges Exclusive Sale

The Kislak Company, Inc., announced the recent sale of a mixed-use building with seven residential units and one retail space at 140 East Centre Street in Nutley, Essex County, New Jersey for $1,630,000.

Kislak marketed the property on an exclusive basis with senior vice president Tom Scatuorchio handling the assignment on behalf of the seller 140 East Centre St., LLC, a longtime family owner, and he also procured the purchaser, East Centre Realty, LLC.

The Kislak Company, Inc. announced the recent off-market sale of Hope’s Crossing, a 125-unit multifamily property at 1 Vans Way in Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, for $33,750,000.

Kislak arranged the sale with executive vice president Barry Waisbrod handling the assignment on behalf of the seller and buyer, both longtime Kislak clients. The parties were not disclosed.

Managing Director Matt Weilheimer Arranges Exclusive Sale of 9,730 S.F. Retail Strip Center in Burlington County

The Kislak Company, Inc., announced the recent sale of Mount Holly Marketplace, a 9,730-square foot retail strip center at 305 Rancocas Road in Mount Holly, Burlington County, New Jersey, for $2,800,000.

Kislak marketed the property on an exclusive basis with managing director Matt Weilheimer handling the assignment on behalf of the seller. The parties were not disclosed. He commented, “The competition to purchase the Mount Holly Marketplace was intense. Anchored by a Dunkin’ Donuts, it was a highly sought after retail property, with offers at or around a 6% cap rate.”
