The market is still hot. It’s a crazy time, as it’s great for the sellers (low inventory), but it’s also great for the buyers (interest rates are incredibly low). Been a busy but rewarding past few weeks. Four closings and all of them special. Here are 2 of my closings. First pic was a buy/sell, so I had 2 with him. One was signed remotely, so no opportunity for a pic, and the last one was this morning. It always pays to be nice to people. Develop relationships with your clients, whether they’re renter or buyers/sellers. My renter couple from 3 years ago just told me that their rental is gonna be sold. Well, they wanna but it and want me to be their agent. So excited for them!!!
