United Title & Escrow, LLC was founded in late 2014 by Miriam Ayala. UTE is a local, minority & woman owned Title Company in Virginia. With an accumulative 19 years of real estate settlement experience, we pride ourselves in the knowledge and experience we have gained. We know and understand the entire closing process, from the importance of ordering and reviewing title promptly to the urgency of funding immediately after recording.
